Job Description - Sales Executive

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of ANSYS engineering simulation solutions within customers' engineering environments and product development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying and closing sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, advancing opportunities from initial contact to closure.
- Conduct product sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain purchase orders and contracts.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify key stakeholders and decision processes within target companies.
- Share relevant case studies and solution ROI metrics to persuade stakeholders to implement ANSYS solutions.
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage to manage pipeline, forecasts, and contacts.
- Cultivate and elevate customer relationships by understanding their needs and barriers to simulation adoption.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field.
- 2+ years of successful technical sales experience.
- Strong work ethic and motivation to excel in a high-performing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License & Own Car.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling CAD/CAM/CAE Software Solutions in the Middle East.
- Willingness to conduct monthly customer-facing activities, requiring up to 50% travel.
- Understanding of engineering and physics applications.
- Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and product development trends.
- Internal drive and motivation to meet established goals.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work well within a sales team.

Skills

- Hold a degree or diploma in engineering (Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical) from a reputable institution
- Possess 5-8 years of extensive and relevant work experience in life safety systems within the healthcare sector working on DHA projects
- Exhibit a strong familiarity with local regulations, industry codes of practice, and manufacturer's recommendations pertinent to the field
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate daily work functions within the organization's context
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with clients and contractors in the sector
- Showcase proficiency in basic programming of devices through panels, tailored to the specific requirements of the job
- Have the capability to supervise and oversee circuit wiring, equipment installation, and field device replacements, catering to the unique needs of healthcare projects
- Possess meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering superior-quality results
