Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Has knowledge in upselling and cross selling
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
Excellent documentation skills

Computer Knowledge/skills

Qualifications required
Minimum 2 year Call centre and/or sales experience is required
