Job Description - Sales Executive-Audio Visual Equipment

About Us:

We are an AV equipment rental company based in Dubai U.A.E. and we provide rental services for events such as: Live Concerts Private Parties Product Launches Weddings etc .We specialise in complete audio video and lighting. We pride ourselves on delivering highquality AV solutions to ensure successful and impactful events for our clients.

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about AV technology and has a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a customerfocused approach and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of AV equipment rental services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of AV services.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and new product offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in trade shows networking events and industry conferences to promote the company s services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the AV equipment rental or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of AV technology and equipment.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
