Sales Lady for Contruction Interior Fitout Company

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of construction and interior design, and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to support the growth and success of our construction interior fit-out business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals
• Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate construction interior fit-out solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior fit-out solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft

Office suite and CRM software :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, architecture, interior design, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed
