Senior Manager - Digital Media Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Media Salesperson to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our innovative influencer marketing app. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales in the digital media space, with a strong understanding of digital transformation trends and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our influencer marketing app.

Identify and approach potential brands and agencies to promote and sell our app's services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the digital media industry.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and jargon to communicate our app's value proposition effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.

Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations to close deals with potential clients.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

Act as a brand ambassador for our company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Managing a team of 2 -3 executives for designated industries/verticals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 5 +years in digital media sales, preferably in the influencer marketing space.

Experience in helping companies navigate digital transformation and adopt new technologies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing jargons, analytics, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
