Job Description - Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

One of our Dubai-based international aviation recruitment consultancy partner company seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manage r to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing their market presence in the region and the new enterprise in Europe.

This role will be an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and revenue streams. Develop and execute innovative strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market share. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field most desired; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with at least [5] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and literacy skills.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment industry worldwide with preferably focus on Europe.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and business practices in Dubai.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and other European/ East European language proficiency is a plus.
