Travel Sales Manager

Holiday Best Gulf, Dubai, a leading travel company, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you'll leverage your outbound sales experience to connect with potential customers and ignite their wanderlust. You'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets by promoting incredible travel experiences and building lasting customer relationships with a focus on the UAE market.

• Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies
• Setting sales targets and motivating a team (if applicable)
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Identifying and qualifying potential clients
• Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
• Maintaining and growing relationships with clients
• Preparing reports and analyzing sales data
• Staying updated on industry trends and destinations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales (experience in the travel industry is a strong plus)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey the value of travel packages
• A genuine passion for travel (experience with different destinations is a bonus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of a Content Management System (CMS)
• Experience managing travel business accounts (prior experience securing corporate travel contracts is a plus)
• Strong understanding of the UAE travel market and its trends
• Experience working with clients in the UAE (prior experience in Dubai is a plus)
