We are seeking a talented and motivated Financial Analyst cum Accountant to join our growing finance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure informed business planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support future planning.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and UAE regulations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Accountant (experience in the UAE is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong asset.
