Responsibilities
• Overseeing the operations of Restaurant and Bar as well as All-day Dining, Room Service, Pool Bar and other outlets • Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests • Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards
Requirements
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset • Proficient in Opera POS system • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
