Job Description - HR Executive

  • Implement annual Emiratization recruitment plan ensuring alignment with the approved manpower plan, budget, and Emiratization requirement.
  • Source, attract, select, and facilitate retention of UAE Nationals as per the allocated quota/vacancies with a view to integrate them into the organization’s mainstream smoothly.
  • Represent the organization in Universities/Colleges, Government Institutions, Career Fairs, Placement Workshops, Seminars/Open days held for National job seekers to enhance the visibility of the organization in the National job market.
  • Network with National Placement Agencies and Universities/Colleges/Institutions responsible for maintaining a database of UAE Nationals to keep abreast of the placement demands and provide opportunities to absorb them into the organization.
  • Manage the on boarding of the new National joiners along with the On-Boarding team right from facilitating the joining day formalities to ensuring a robust induction and on the job training plan has been put in place to ensure smooth integration.
  • Act as a representative of the Emiratization function within the BU, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management, communicating HR policies and changes, and relaying employee and management comments to BU HR management for action.
  • Guide, counsel, and mentor Nationals to ensure their adaptation to culture and work environment, providing coaching to nationals on a quarterly basis and ensure Line Managers along with the nationals are working on their development plans.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs and initiatives to enhance integration of Nationals within Motors, foster better inter-department synergies and drive performance.
  • Develop and implement recognition programs and initiatives for Nationals to reinforce desired behaviors/performance and support engagement & retention
  • Ensure the development needs of the UAE National employees are appropriately actioned by arranging training programs in conjunction with HR, L&D for customizing the training programs as well as monitor effectiveness to meet the learning objective.
  • Handle staff grievances & disciplinary issues pertaining to Nationals and provide appropriate guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same, in line with HR policies, procedures. Undertake suitable measures to aid retention.
  • Facilitate smooth transition of National employees with regards to exiting the organization by coordinating with the relevant departments and conducting exit interviews for delegated staff as well as ensuring payment of final settlement dues within appropriate time.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of UAE Nationals and provide periodic reports to HR management as and when required.
