Role SummaryRole Summary
TBI is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Digital Operations helpdesk team. The role is based at our office in the United Arab Emirates and will support our operations across the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will provide timely IT assistance to all regional staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network system issues, onboard new members of staff, and work with 3rd party suppliers and vendors where necessary.
