Job Description - Manager - Quality and Risk Managment

To overseeing and driving quality and continuous improvement initiatives across our diverse business lines, including security services, manpower outsourcing and recruitment services, and facility management. It plays a crucial role in obtaining stakeholder feedback, implementing quality improvement processes, and positioning the organization for recognition through quality awards. To Draft and improve policies and procedures, fostering continuous improvement, managing ISO certification efforts, and building a top-quality management model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan to ensure readiness and resilience in the face of potential service disruptions and plan an overall risk management process for the Organization.
  • Develop and refine the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management program to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across all service areas.
  • Lead re-engineering initiatives that streamline operations, improve client service delivery, and increase overall business efficiency.
  • Perform regular assessments of business operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices.
  • Manage both internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and other compliance benchmarks relevant to the industry.
  • Oversee the resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Draft, evaluate, and revise The Organization policies and procedures to ensure robust governance and compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
  • Identify and drive processes improvements to control operation costs and improve operational and functional effectiveness of The Organization and advise on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the company.
  • Lead the initiative to obtain and maintain ISO certifications, overseeing all aspects from documentation to staff training and audit facilitation.
  • Integrate ISO quality management principles into the fabric of the organization's operations.
  • Implement the Risk Internal Controls Standard (RICS) framework to ensure robust internal controls and risk management practices and support departmental risk champions, fostering a risk-aware culture.
  • Conduct various surveys to assess client satisfaction, employee engagement, other stake holder satisfaction and service quality along with manage a mystery shopper program to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Drive the company's participation in excellence awards, showcasing our commitment to top-tier service delivery and operational quality.
  • Develop and implement a quality management model inspired by the EFQM, ensuring a structured approach to achieving sustainable excellence.
