A regular day at Indus:
· Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords
· Networking in your designated communities
· Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor your properties
· Scheduling Photoshoots and Virtual Tours
· Create social media content related to your area and properties
· Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties
· Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
· Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
· Working hours 9 am-6 pm
Monday – Friday (Saturdays are optional)
Preferred Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience
· Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
· Time management and organizational skills
· Steely determination, financially driven and highly motivated
· Presentable with a professional image
· Minimum 21 years old
· Valid driving license
· Financially stable to relocate to Dubai
· Job Type: Full-time on Commission Only
