QAQC Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in UAE for standard level or 5 years of home country experience for beginner level
• Bachelors degree in engineering (Civil)
• Implementing a robust document control system for efficient management.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documents through systematic reviews.
• Establishing version control and maintaining comprehensive revision histories.
• Proficiently preparing project documents with adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Developing and implementing inspection procedures for quality and compliance assessment.
• Generating detailed reports on inspection results including findings and recommendations.
• Establishing clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders.

Software or IT Skills:

• Auto CAD
• MS Project Professional / Primavera
• Microsoft Office Package
• One Drive
• SharePoint
• General Computer Usage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance plans and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to established quality procedures.
• Perform inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor and control processes to identify and rectify deviations from quality standards.
• Document and report nonconformities and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Review project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Create design and technical documents including drawings specifications Method Statements (MTS) and Risk Assessments (MSRA).
• Establish a document control system for versioning revision tracking and access control.
• Organize and maintain a central repository for project documents.
• Develop and update project plans including document creation and submission timelines.
• Work closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders.
• Communicate quality requirements and expectations to the project team.
• Identify opportunities for improving QA/QC processes.
• Implement changes and enhancements to enhance overall quality performance.
• Provide training on QA/QC procedures to project team members.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and adherence.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA/QC plans.
• Maintain version control and accurate records for all project documents.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Implement change control procedures for document modifications.
• Establish procedures for archiving project documents after project completion.
