• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
• Take responsible in responding to customer’s inquiries received through email, messages and calls.
• Process orders once Purchase Order has been received from customers
• Effectively communicate and interact with customers, executive management, internal and external customers.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Ensures that terms of payment and terms of delivery are being followed before order and/or delivery will be processed.
• Provide reports to team leaders on quotations sent and order processed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Preference will be given who can join immediately
