Job Title: Senior Java Developer - Fintech/Crypto/Blockchain/Payments Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with significant experience in the Fintech industry, particularly in crypto, blockchain, and payments domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications tailored for financial technologies. Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications for fintech, crypto, blockchain, and payments solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
• Implementing best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Leading and mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in fintech crypto, blockchain, and payments.
• Ensuring adherence to security standards and compliance requirements in financial transactions. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on fintech, crypto, blockchain, or payments.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
• Strong understanding of financial technologies, including cryptocurrency, blockchain principles, and payment processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and experience with database design and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc.
