Accountability Areas: Strategic Planning: • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• To create a consistent, professional brand look through marketing communication, adding value to the
• firm's content marketing strategy. Brand Management: • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and communications.
• Develop brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
• Help to plan and deliver exhibitions, events, corporate hospitality and conferences.
• Creation of promotional merchandise, show flyers, pre-and post-event marketing. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content, creative assets, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. Digital Marketing: • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve digital performance.
• Create, plan, edit and post social media content to drive the Companys' brand image Public Relations and Media Relations: • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, media events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and sentiment and manage crisis communications as needed. Internal & External Communications: • Develop and implement internal & external communication strategies to engage and inform employees, aligning them with the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Coordinate employee communications, newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
• Identify ways to maximize and leverage social content in all forms of marketing.
• Should understand how different social networks operate and be familiar with social media analytics tools for online content. Budget Management: • Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor expenses, track budget performance, and report on financial metrics to senior management. Analytics and Reporting: • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to senior management Candidate Requisites: • 12+ years of experience in marketing and communications with IT industry is preferred with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Expert understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• P revious Middle East preferably UAE experience
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools.
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
