Senior CMMS Specialist

We are recruiting Senior CMMS Specialist– Onshore Operations position.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technologies or equivalent Experience
• Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems.
• Experience working with company hardware and software products to make sound recommendations.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis or computer programming in industry maintenance context preferably.
• Intermediate to advanced use of the Oracle (EAM) suite.
• Knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes desired.
• Edit or amend Oracle Enterprise Assets Management (EAM) master data after Maintenance Change Request (MCR) or other data request approval.2. Create EAM master data after the data creation request has been approved by the CMMS Team Lead or his/her delegate.3. Produce monthly reports that indicate (EAM) master data health from accuracy, completeness, integrity and timeliness dimensions. Report is to cover Oracle functional operations.4. As required, update (EAM) documentation in the document management system (Livelink) and ensure the document version number is in alignment with corporate standards.5. Assist business process experts in defining maintenance procedures, process flows and related documentation.6. Work with business units and operation and maintenance teams to resolve master data issues.7. Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas asrequired.8. Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.9. Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application to meet all requirements Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of EAM system is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.11. Other duties as directed by CMMS Team Lead or his/her delegate.12. Implement other tasks given by Line Manager within own competence

• Good understanding of Risk, Criticality, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Continuous Improvement Processes.
• Good understanding in Maintenance Change Request.
• Strong skills and knowledge with the standard MS Office suite of products including 2016 Versions of Access, Visio and Project.
• Strong command of the English language - oral and written communications, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function in a multi-cultural environment. Self-directed and highly motivated.
• Valid United Arab Emirates (UAE) Driving License.
