Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose:

The Job Holder is accountable to control inventory material and staff in warehouses of all the company's Business Units and establish relevant processes and procedures.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Manages the manpower for the overall warehouses (HR-related activities, timesheets, overall staff health and well-being).
2. Manages the overall Warehousing Budget: suggests and implements improvements, repairs, necessary investments, coordinates any budget issues with Supply Chain Manager to ensures no budget overrun.
3. Creates and implements necessary processes, procedures, and instructions to keep warehouses organized and Clean.
4. Together with the Senior Inventory Analyst, ensures the control of stock accuracy to minimize loss, damaged stock in all warehouses.
5. Is responsible for implementation of, and compliance with, ISO and HSE procedures in all warehouses according to company's standard.
6. Evaluates storage space requirements and highlights any potential issues to Supply Chain Manager for further action.
7. Is responsible for the overall scrapping of goods process to ensure compliance with company's

9. Ensures warehouses are safe and secure to avoid internal or external theft of goods.
10. Coordinates with all Business Units to meet their requirements and resolve the issues related with warehouses.
11. Coordinates dispatch activity with the Transport Manager and his team, to guarantee on-time delivery to sites and customers.

Minimum educational, professional and vocation qualification required.

• Graduation in any discipline
• Knowledge of contracting, construction and maintenance materials is preferable.
• Ability to organize the work priorities and assign work to employees.
• Oracle ERP knowledge (or similar) preferable

Minimum years of relevant work experience

• 8-10 years’ experience in equivalent position, preferably in the UAE.
