Job Description - Brand Assistant Intern

Job Description

As a Brand Assistant Intern, you will support the Brand Manager in developing and executing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our brand. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will contribute to various aspects of brand development, including market research, campaign planning, coordination with Graphics design on marketing collaterals and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth. Utilize various research methods such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools.
  • Graphics Creation: Assist in the creation of compelling and engaging graphic content i.e. Product Artworks and marketing collaterals, including social media, website, email newsletters. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Campaign Support: Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, product launches, and special promotions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively and monitor their performance.
  • Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand mentions and conversations across various online channels. Identify and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Provide regular reports on brand sentiment and performance metrics.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events such as product launches, trade shows, and community engagement activities. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure brand representation aligns with company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Brand Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation related to brand initiatives.
Requirements

  • Graduates only
  • Proficient in English; other languages would be more than welcome
  • Strong passion for branding, marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
