HR- Talent Acquisition Internship

Job Description

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials and assist in the facilitation of interview processes.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards
• Support the on-boarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
• activities.
  

• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and on- boarding procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event implementation.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Support other functions as assigned
