Join us at WCS as an Administrative Intern within our Logistics and Procurement team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our operations while honing your administrative skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Creation and Updating: Assist in the creation and updating of parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness under supervision.
CPQ Preparation: Support in the preparation of received Customer & project RFQ, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Supplier Offer Consolidation: Consolidate supplier offers in Excel for Fusion upload template, facilitating efficient procurement processes.
Documentation: Assist in filling forms and updating pricing information in the system, maintaining data integrity.
Supplier and Customer Management: Support in the creation and modification of supplier and customer records, ensuring accurate information.
Report Generation: Assist in creating/generating reports from the system as required by the business, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Task Follow-up and Communication: Provide support in tracking ongoing tasks, ensuring timely updates to internal/external stakeholders, and gathering feedback on offers.
