Job Description - Fashion Marketing Intern

FASHION MARKETING INTERN

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Type: Internship (6 months - Must already be based in UAE)
Region: Middle East

ABOUT THE ROLE

At CHANEL, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in every client experience and fostering a spirit of creativity and collaboration. As a Fashion Marketing Assistant Intern within the Fashion Department, you will support the team in the successful implementation of the marketing plan across the Middle East region. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to be involved in all facets of marketing, events, clienteling, and market intelligence.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

Support the Marketing Team in the timely implementation of the marketing calendar and measurement of results.
Assist in planning and executing events, including Global Events, Regional Events, and boutique animations.
Coordinate with retail teams on guest invitations, attendance, post-event actions, and follow-ups, with guidance from the Marketing Team.
Monitor and report on the ROI for each event.
Support retail teams in developing and delivering relevant experiences for clients.
Coordinate gifts and actions for clients in collaboration with retail teams.
Monitor and report on competitors’ events and clienteling initiatives, identifying best practices.
Assist the team with administrative tasks and participate in other transversal projects as needed.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

A proactive, dynamic, and “can do” mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A genuine interest in fashion, marketing, and events.
The ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
Previous experience in retail, marketing, or events.
Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest or experience in fashion, luxury, or marketing environments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Based in UAE
