Job Description - Graduate Trainee Associate IT Specialist (UAE National)

We are looking for motivated UAE National students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, or related fields who are interested in gaining practical exposure within administration, business operations, and project support activities in a dynamic corporate environment.

The Graduate Trainee – Associate IT Specialist will support the administration and operations teams in day-to-day business and office-related activities while gaining practical exposure to office administration, coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within airport logistics projects.

This opportunity is ideal for students looking to gain industry experience and practical business exposure alongside experienced professionals.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
Assist in upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company
objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

UAE National (Family Book required).
Diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
Prior administration experience in a multinational company or similar organization with large teams is preferred.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with multicultural personnel.
A proactive self-learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Customer focus, result and quality orientation, and a strong sense of professional ethics.
