Under this programme, we are looking to hire a Graduate Trainee to join our Investor Relations Team
Key Accountabilities:
Investor Relations Deliverables:
- Support in drafting, updating, and maintaining investor-facing materials including earnings call scripts, investor presentations, fact sheets, and press releases.
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and preparation of investor briefings, Q&A documents, and management packs ahead of quarterly earnings, investor calls, and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report and other statutory or market disclosures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to digitalization of IR workflows, including automation of data collection, report generation, and dashboarding.
Financial and Market Analysis:
- Maintain and update financial models used for valuation, benchmarking, and performance tracking.
- Compile and monitor analyst consensus estimate and models, highlighting variances and market expectations.
- Conduct detailed peer comparison and industry benchmarking to assess du’s relative performance.
- Monitor analyst research coverage, market trends, and investor feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor du stock liquidity metrics and build relevant reports.
- Utilize digital tools and AI-driven analytics to extract insights from market data, investor sentiment, and peer performance, supporting data-driven decision-making within the IR function.
Investor Engagement Support:
- Maintain and update investor relations CRM/database, tracking investor interactions and engagement metrics.
- Analyse the shareholder register to understand the evolution of the shareholder base
- Support the organization of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics, scheduling, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of the IR website and all public-facing materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all investor communications.
- Support internal reporting requirements, including preparation of summaries and dashboards for senior management and the Board.
- Ensure automation and digitalization of the tasks to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics.
- Strong numerical reasoning skills.
