Intern Field Service Engineer

Your internship activities will include- but are not limited to – the following tasks:

• Shadow AGBL senior Engineer during installation & commissioning of instrumentation at customers’ sites.


• Learn how to perform all maintenance works for installed instrumentations.


• Follow the SOPs related to service and maintenance calls.


• Understand, learn then perform user training.


• Maintain records of all installed instrumentation in the region with complete history of failures, repairs and maintenance as well as schedules of all services performed.


• Build the knowledge on how to liaise with AGBL technical and marketing teams at the regional offices to offer the necessary support to distribution partners & customers and fully service their accounts.


• Attend and comprehend technical training sessions and be able to provide the necessary technical support and back up to customers


• Start to build a strong customer relationship and Database


• Be an active member to turn the service department into a profit center by contributing ideas to design attractive service plans & fees schedule for technical services department
