Join AECOM as an Undergraduate Project Surveyor

Looking to explore a career in Quantity Surveying? We’re hiring an Undergraduate Project Surveyor to join our team and gain practical experience working on real building projects. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and develop key skills in cost management, tendering, and project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Help measure quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities.
• Get involved in preparing tender docs, viability studies, and cost estimates.
• Assist with keeping costs under control throughout projects.
• Provide valuable input for financial claims and evaluate changes in cost reports.
• Help prepare change orders and test market rates.
• Maintain technical libraries and databases for cost analysis.
• Support report formatting, data management, and quality checks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Completing a Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Expected Graduation: 2026 (final-year students).
• GPA: Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) to be considered.
• Eligibility: As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
