IT Intern

Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our growing technology team. As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in the testing and quality assurance of our web-based digital products, helping to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our users. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment with exposure to real-world product development and testing processes.

Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing web applications across various devices and browsers to identify bugs and usability issues.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Create, document, and execute test cases based on functional specifications.
• Report and track bugs using issue management tools.
• Support the QA team in maintaining and improving testing procedures and documentation.

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with software testing principles and web technologies.
• Previous internship or academic experience in a related area is a plus.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Git).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
