Job Description - Procurement and Sourcing | Internship (Study & Fresh Graduate)

Procurement & sourcing interns will manage the companyâs supply of products and services. The responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers.

The Intern's duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses so that the company can invest in growth and people.

Requirements

The Procurement Intern will have the opportunity to learn and work on how to:

Assists in the preparation of reports, solicitation documents, and contracts.

Establish strong rapport with eCommerce account managers and sales support teams to support daily order fulfilment (order tracking, returns processing, invoice reconciliation)

Facilitate filing of contract documentation and ensure completeness of files per their respective checklist.

Assist in price/quotations comparison analysis.

Assist in receipt, verification, and acceptance of goods and services procured on behalf of partner organizations,

Assist in the verification of completeness of the documents and adherence to internal procedures

Assist in updating asset records and periodical verification, and

Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
