Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing legal advice and support

- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various cases and issues

- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence

- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings

- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

- Collaborate with other legal professionals and team members to develop effective strategies for clients

- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field

- Admission to the Bar is preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Advocate

- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the company's industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
