Pop-up Exhibition Intern - Dubaï

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive intern to support our pop-up exhibition in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the contemporary art market, gallery operations, and client engagement while working closely with our team during the exhibition period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage collectors, interior designers, art advisors, and visitors providing a warm and informed introduction to the gallery and the pop-up concept


• Support VIP visits, events, private views, and client appointments during the pop-up period


• Present artworks and editions to clients, sharing key information on artists, materials, pricing, and availability


• Support sales activities, including client enquiries, order processing, and follow-up under the guidance of the gallery team


• Assist with day-to-day operations of the pop-up space (opening/closing, presentation standards, admin)


• Maintain the visual presentation of the space, ensuring artworks and displays are immaculate at all times


• Maintain client records and assist with CRM updates and invoicing where required


• Liaise with the gallery team regarding stock, client feedback, and sales reporting


• Assist with coordinating logistics for artworks (delivery, collection, documentation support)

• Professional demeanor and presentation.


• Previous experience in gallery or event support is a plus but not required.

• Hours: Full-time and part-time (weekend) applications are welcome.
