Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to analyze recruitment data create dashboards and develop pipelines to effectively monitor and improve our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand recruitment objectives and data requirements.
• Collect clean and analyze recruitment data from our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in the creation of predictive models to forecast hiring needs and identify potential bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection transformation and reporting processes.
• Conduct adhoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights to inform decisionmaking.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python R SQL or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Tableau
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and findings effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data analytics.
