Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Estee Lauder is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and providing support to the finance team.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Assist in the preparation of financial statements - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial information - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Stay up to date on financial regulations and standards - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure financial goals are met - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounting or finance - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
