Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description: Insight Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work. As an Accounts Payable team member, you will be responsible for managing the company's payables and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions - Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and answer queries - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Help improve processes and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Adaptability to work in a remote environment - Passion for finance and accounting - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team
