Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.

Responsibilities: - Process and post payments from customers accurately and efficiently - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on late payments - Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve billing issues - Prepare reports and analysis on accounts receivable performance - Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable - Communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Confident and resourceful personality - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High attention to detail and accuracy
