Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful part-time Accountant to join our team at Dubai Marina. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial statements - Prepare financial reports and analysis to help management make informed business decisions - Analyze budgets and financial forecasts to identify trends and potential areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits - Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and strategic decision-making - Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Resourceful and committed to continuous professional development
