Accountant - Work from home

Job Description: As an Accountant working remotely for Target, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to support the company's financial operations and make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Handle any ad-hoc financial tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field - Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and analytical skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Emotional intelligence and adaptability - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
