Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

Nakheel Properties is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Accountant. This is a remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home in Abu Dhabi, AE.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable - Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations - Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide support and guidance on financial matters - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Assist with audit and tax preparation activities - Perform other accounting duties as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient with accounting software and MS Office applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and resilient with the ability to work efficiently and accurately - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Strong research skills to gather and analyze information - Prior experience in accounting is preferred but not required
