Accounts Payable

Job Description: EMCOR Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and independent Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all invoices and payments. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the finance and accounting field.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policies - Process invoices for payment in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues - Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting - Support the Accounts Payable team with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Creativity in problem-solving and finding efficient solutions - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Reliable and trustworthy work ethic - No prior experience required; training will be provided
