Job Description:

Mubadala Development Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices, expense reports, and check requests - Ensure accurate and timely payment of vendors and suppliers - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues - Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Assist with month-end closing and reporting - Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
