Accounts Payable

Job Description: FMC Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable, along with energetic and independent individuals who possess strong people management and time management skills. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor accounts payable aging report and follow up on overdue payments - Prepare and process payments through various methods - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
