Accounts Payable

Job Description: Exxon Mobil is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities: - Process and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate effectively with vendors to address any payment issues or inquiries - Prepare and process payments to vendors through various payment methods - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong persuasion skills to communicate effectively with vendors - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
