Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a motivated and confident Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management and prioritization abilities - Motivated and confident attitude
