Job Description:

Macy’s in Dubai is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess the following personality traits: resilience and hardworking. In addition, strong soft skills in negotiation and problem-solving are required for this position.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions - Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors - Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Prepare reports and analysis as needed - Assist with other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements: - 2 years of accounts payable experience - Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office applications - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
