Accounts Payable

Job Description:

CenturyLink is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing and processing the company's accounts payable functions in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and check requests - Sort, code, and match invoices - Set invoices up for payment - Enter and upload invoices into system - Track expenses and process expense reports - Prepare and perform check runs - Reconcile payments with vendor statements - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Energetic and passionate individual with strong attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve - Experience in people management preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
