Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Lam Research is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of all accounts payable transactions for the company. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and maintain vendor files - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate coding of invoices - Assist with audits and other finance projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong knowledge of accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills
