Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Accounts Payable associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable team member, you will be responsible for managing the company's payables and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all payables and ensure compliance with company policies - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address any payment issues - Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
