Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Accounts Payable professional to work from home for Praxair in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure timely payments - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts payable - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field - Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
