Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

J.M. Smucker is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Payable Associate, working remotely from Dubai, AE. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy - Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues - Maintain vendor relations and respond to inquiries - Assist with month-end closing processes - Generate financial reports related to accounts payable activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Self-motivated and reliable - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
