Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable in our Dubai location. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities: - Process and record incoming payments - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices and resolve any discrepancies - Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and analyze customer payment patterns - Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
